Outbound SMS depends on TRAI regulations in India. In case of international SMS rules of the respective country would be applicable.
In case of sudden change in SMS charges by the respective telecomm authority we would provide at least 15 days’ notice to our customers so that they can change their business plan. Otherwise the new rates will be applicable on the existing plan.
